Activated biochar and refined wood vinegar, produced to specification.

Two products, one quality standard. We produce and we trade — and every batch, ours or a partner's, passes through our facilities before it ships. Wholesale, private label and white label, from a 1 L sample to a full container.

Activated biochar

Produced under computer-controlled pyrolysis: the heat curve is held to target through every phase and fixed carbon is verified batch by batch. Activation runs at roughly three times the efficiency of the standard route, which is what turns char into a working adsorbent surface.

Product 02 · Liquid

Refined wood vinegar

Also traded as pyroligneous acid, wood acid, liquid smoke or mokusaku. Extended decantation removes the tar fraction that makes ordinary wood vinegar phytotoxic, then seven filtration stages take out what is left. Delivered at pH 2.4–2.6, so it also works as a soil pH corrector.

Produce and trade

We make it, we source it — and it all meets the same standard.

Bloom FBN is both a producer and a trader, and we are open about it because it is the reason we can commit to volume. Our own plants run the controlled lines. Alongside them we source from certified eucalyptus producers in Paraguay and Brazil we have worked with for years.

The part that matters to a buyer is what happens next: every batch enters our facilities for processing, settling, filtration and release testing before it is packed. Traded or produced, it leaves under one specification and one certificate of analysis.

Own production linesControlled pyrolysis and activation at our plants, with logged heat curves and verified fixed carbon.
Certified partner supplyLong-standing eucalyptus producers in Paraguay and Brazil, audited on origin before a single litre is accepted.
One processing standardSettling, decantation, seven-stage filtration and pH adjustment happen in our facilities — never at the source.
One release testNo batch is packed until it passes the same panel and is issued its own certificate of analysis.
Why buyers switch supplier

Most of this market sells whatever the kiln produced. We sell to a specification.

Computer-controlled burnThe heat curve is programmed and logged, not judged by eye. Same curve, same feedstock, same result — which is the only way a specification means anything across shipments.
Verified C-fixFixed carbon is measured and reported per batch instead of estimated from the process. Your certificate of analysis reflects the material in the container.
High-efficiency activationOur activation step reaches close to three times the efficiency of the standard process, producing far more usable adsorbent surface from the same tonne of feedstock.
Tar removed by designEnhanced decantation pulls out the tar fraction — the contaminant that causes phytotoxicity and the reason many buyers have had bad experiences with wood vinegar.
Seven-stage filtrationEverything that could carry over into soil or plant tissue and produce a negative effect is filtered out before packing. Clear liquid, stable in storage.
Certified eucalyptus feedstockCertified plantation eucalyptus behind the product, FSC forest management and chain of custody on the wood, and AEO customs credentials on the export side. No municipal or mixed waste streams.
Private and white labelYour brand, your label, your spec sheet — from a pallet upward. Most of our recurring volume ships under someone else’s name, and we are comfortable staying invisible.
Production capacity

Installed volume for programmes, not one-off lots.

Capacity is the question every serious buyer asks second, right after specification. Ours is industrial and already committed to recurring shipments — which is what makes an annual volume agreement something we can actually sign.

Sell it as yours. That is the offer, not a favour.

Most of our recurring volume leaves under someone else's brand. We supply the product, the specification, the certificate of analysis and the safety data sheet; you put your label on it and own the customer. We do not sell around our partners, and we do not appear on the bottle unless you want us there.

  • Your label, your spec sheet, your brand on the container
  • Certificate of analysis and safety data sheet issued per batch, in your buyer’s language
  • Neutral packaging and documentation — we stay off the label entirely if you prefer
  • Territory terms available against an annual volume commitment

Responsible sourcing

Certified, traceable, and cleared for international trade.

Fueled by Nature is not a tagline we bolted on afterwards — it is what the audits have to prove. Feedstock comes from managed and certified sources, and the chain that carries it to your port is audited by FSC for the forest and the custody trail, and by Paraguayan Customs for the export operation itself.

FSC FM
FSC Forest Management

Covers a defined management unit of Prosopis ruscifolia (viñal), audited against FSC standards for well-managed natural forest. Sustainable extraction, documented regeneration and protection of the surrounding ecosystem.

Scope: the certified management unit named on the certificate — not automatically all wood types or finished products.

FSC CoC
FSC Chain of Custody

Custody of certified material is traceable through our processing scope, so what leaves the plant can be tied back to the forest it came from rather than to a supplier declaration.

Scope: wood charcoal within the published processing scope. Claims require valid commercial documentation.

AEO / OEA
Authorized Economic Operator

Credentialed by Paraguayan Customs for supply-chain security and export compliance. In practice it means faster clearance, fewer inspection holds and a customs record your own compliance team can verify.

Scope: international supply-chain security and export operations, granted by Aduana Paraguay.

Certificate codes, scope statements and validity dates are issued with the quotation. Certification applies to the defined management unit and processing scope named on each certificate — product claims are made only where the commercial documentation supports them.
