About this site
This site is published by Bloom FBN S.A., Asunción, Paraguay, for information. It describes the materials we produce and export, how they are made, and how they are shipped.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
No offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, and no price appears on it. The figures in the specification tables are typical values. The values that apply to a shipment are the ones confirmed for that batch on its certificate of analysis.
A quotation is a separate written document. It names the product, the grade, the quantity, the packing, the Incoterm, the price and how long the price holds. That document is what binds us, and this site is not part of it.
Certifications
Where the site names a certification, the scope of that certification is the one stated on the certificate itself — it is not automatically the whole of our production or every product we sell.
The sourcing section on the home page sets out the scope of each certificate we hold. Certificate codes, scope statements and validity dates are issued with the quotation.
Regulated claims
The site describes materials and their specifications. It makes no regulated claim, and it makes none on any buyer's behalf.
Any regulated claim belongs on the buyer's own label, under the buyer's own registration. The buyer decides what the material is sold as in its market and holds the registration that the claim requires. We will confirm this in writing if asked.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care that what it says is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Bloom FBN S.A. is not liable for a decision taken on the basis of the content of this site, beyond the liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where a shipment is concerned, the quotation and the contract govern, not the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Paraguay.
Any dispute arising out of the site or these terms is submitted to the courts of the city of Asunción, Republic of Paraguay.
