Who we are

This site is operated by Bloom FBN S.A., a company registered in Paraguay, with offices at Quesada 5050, Atlas Center, 4th floor, Asunción, Paraguay.

Bloom FBN S.A. decides why and how the information described below is used. For any question about this notice, and for any request about your own data, write to export@bloomfbn.com.

What we collect

When you send the quotation form, we receive the fields you filled in: full name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, product, volume per shipment, destination country, destination port, Incoterm, your role, grade, packaging, label, and the free-text target specification or application. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time you sent the form. We also store two technical signals used to tell people from automated submissions: how long the form took to complete, and whether a hidden field that people never see was filled in.

We record the page you arrived on, and the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign when the link you followed carried them.

Our servers keep ordinary access logs: the address the request came from, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser identification string your browser sends.

Why we use it

We use this information to prepare a quotation, to send the samples and documents you ask for, and to follow up on your enquiry. The page you arrived on and the campaign parameters tell us which listing or message brought you here.

We use it for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in the company's own customer database, on a server that Bloom FBN S.A. controls. Access is limited to the people who handle export enquiries.

The notification and confirmation emails your enquiry produces are delivered through an email service provider, which handles the message on our instructions and for no purpose of its own. We name the provider on request.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and for up to five years after the last contact, so that we can answer questions about earlier quotations and shipments.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it — except where a document has to be kept to meet an accounting or customs obligation, in which case we keep that document alone, for as long as the obligation lasts.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it.

Write to export@bloomfbn.com. We reply within 30 days. We may first ask you to confirm who you are, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie of its own, named bfn_attr. It records the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the address, so that a quotation request can be traced back to the listing or message that brought you here. It lasts 90 days, it is read only by our own server, and it carries no name, no address and no identifier of you.

We set no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies at this time. If that changes, this section changes with it, and we will ask for your agreement where the law requires it.
