The process is the product.

Anyone can carbonise wood. What separates material that performs from material that merely exists is control: of the heat curve, of the activation step, and of everything that stays behind in the liquid fraction.

Line 01 · Solid fraction

Computer-controlled pyrolysis and high-efficiency activation

01Programmed heat curveDrying, devolatilisation and carbonisation each run to a set profile for the feedstock, with temperature and residence time logged for the batch record.
02C-fix steeringThe process targets fixed carbon directly and the result is measured analytically, so the COA reflects the material rather than the intention.
03High-efficiency activationOur activation develops close to three times the usable surface per tonne of feedstock against the conventional route — more adsorption per tonne shipped.
04Screening and packingScreened to the agreed size band or milled to powder, then packed to the format the destination and handling equipment require.

Line 02 · Liquid fraction

Decantation, tar removal and seven-stage filtration

Raw condensate carries tar, suspended solids and heavy fractions. Left in, they are phytotoxic — the single most common reason a grower tries wood vinegar once and never buys again. Our line is built to take them out.

01Controlled captureCondensate comes off the same controlled line as the solid fraction, under known temperature conditions instead of an open kiln.
02Enhanced decantationAn extended settling stage separates and extracts tar — the contaminant behind phytotoxicity, sediment and equipment fouling.
03Seven filtration stagesSuccessive stages strip suspended solids and residual heavy fractions until the liquid runs clear and stays clear in storage.
04pH window 2.4–2.6Held inside a controlled acid window, which makes the product usable as a soil pH corrector and keeps dilution rates valid between shipments.

Quality control

Every batch is sampled, tested and documented before it is released for loading. The certificate of analysis travels with the shipment and the retained sample stays with us, so any claim can be checked against the same material.

Feedstock

Certified eucalyptus plantations in Paraguay and Brazil, with documented origin and a consistent species profile. We do not process municipal waste, treated timber or mixed industrial streams, which is what keeps the ash and contaminant profile stable from container to container — and it is what lets FSC chain of custody hold all the way to your port.
